bus rides, revisited.

Back in twenty ought one and two I would ride the bus a lot to work and school. I used to listen to this CD constantly to get pumped and stave off my "suburban malaise" (I was 24-25 at this time, so I was well beyond teen angst, though still feeling like it). I was talking a spattering of political science and history classes around this time, so the political themes these guys sang about struck a chord. Not quite Libertarian, but pro-labor and vaguely leftist, vaguely secessionist... Very mid-western. Being anarchist is easy when you're living with your parents. I was then.
